Threshold
Belgium has historically applied a threshold around 300 kg of packaging a year for the full declaration regime, with a simplified route below it.

Things to watch out for

  • Belgium splits household and business packaging between two organisations. If you post parcels to customers, you normally deal with Fost Plus.
